Colina is a family-oriented community located in the heart of Los Suenos Resort. These two and three-bedroom residences offer 2,100 square feet of living space in a split-level design. Large covered terraces overlook the fairways of La Iguana golf course. These luxurious rental condominiums and villas provide the perfect base from which to explore the riches of Costa Ricas Central Pacific Coast. Including national parks, sport fishing, canopy tours, river rafting, bird watching, surfing, horseback riding, crocodile tours, and sea kayaking. Community amenities include two free-form swimming pools, children?s pool, Jacuzzi, shade palapas, barbeque areas and an air-conditioned gymnasium. Specialized property amenities include welcome basket, on-site Internet cafe, and private on-site laundry facilities. Beach Access is available through the Central Beach Club at the resort. Cancellation policy: no refunds will be provided. However, the hotel can reschedule the stay if one is unable to adhere to the original reservation, subject to availability. This credit must be used within one year of the original check-in date.
